ABSTRACT: Development and manufacture of a complete set of HVDC equipment is a national stratagem. Independently development of the HVDC control and protection system is the key to realize the aim. The paper introduces the design principal, makeup, characteristics and the dynamic analog simulation test environment of the HVDC control protection system developed by Nari-Relays Electric Co,Ltd. The application of the HVDC control protection system to Lingbao BtB HVDC project is also introduced. .

摘要：高压直流输电工程的国产化是国家的战略目标，直流控制保护系统的国产化工作是实现整个直流输电工程国产化目标的关键。本文结合西北-华中背靠背直流联网工程，对国产化的高压直流输电控制保护系统的总体设计原则、各部分组成、功能、特点以及动模仿真测试环境作了全面的介绍
