摘要：电力变压器油色谱分析是检查变压器内部故障的重要手段。广东粤电流溪河发电有限责任公司1号主变
压器通过油色谱分析发现总烃超标，吊罩检查找到引线绝缘击穿故障点，采用磷铜补焊的方法修复烧断引线，
及时消除了重大安全隐患。

Analysis and Disposal of Superstandard Total Hydrocarbon in
110 kV Transformer

Abstrad：Chromatographic analysis of power transformer oil is an important means tO detect faults in transformers．In view
of the superstandard total hydrocarbon problem found in the oil chromatographic analysis for No．1 main transformer of
Guangdong Yudean Liuxihe Power Generation Co．，Ltd．，the insulation breakdown points on a lead wire were detected
through cover—removing inspection．The method of phosphor—copper repair welding was adopted to repair the burnt-out lead
wire and timely eliminate the serious hidden trouble．
